Legal terms and conditions of the Club Familia 1800 program:

1. Object of the Program

The Casa 1800 Hotels Loyalty Program (hereinafter, the “Program”) is an initiative aimed at recognizing and rewarding the loyalty of the chain’s customers through access to exclusive advantages, promotions, and benefits.

Participation in the Program is free, voluntary, personal, and non-transferable.

Adherence to the Program implies full acceptance of these Terms and Conditions.

2. Organizing Entities

The following hotels are currently part of the Program:

• Hotel Casa 1800 Sevilla, operated by SEVICA 1800, S.L.
• Hotel Casa 1800 Granada, operated by GRABENA 1800, S.L.

Each of the aforementioned companies will act as responsible for providing the services corresponding to their establishment and for the processing of personal data in accordance with current regulations and the Privacy Policy published on the corporate website.

3. Requirements to be a member

Individuals over eighteen (18) years of age may join the Program if they:

• Correctly complete the registration form.
• Provide truthful, complete, and updated information.
• Accept these Terms and Conditions.

Each customer may have only one membership account.

Casa 1800 Hotels may request data updates when necessary for the proper functioning of the Program.

4. Registration and Access

Registration will require providing at least:

• Name and surname.
• Email address.
• Country of residence.
• Date of birth (when applicable).

The member will establish a personal password to access their private area.

The user will be responsible for the confidentiality and proper use of their access credentials.

In case of loss or forgetting of the password, it can be reset using the procedures enabled on the website.

5. Program Operation

The Program allows access to exclusive advantages associated with bookings made directly with Casa 1800 Hotels.

Unless expressly stated otherwise, benefits will only be generated by reservations:

• made through the official Casa 1800 Hotels website;
• made through the hotel’s reservation center or direct channels;
• correctly associated with the member’s account before finalizing the reservation;
• actually enjoyed by the account holder.

Canceled, annulled, refunded, or considered “no show” reservations will not generate benefits or be counted for Program purposes.

6. Program Levels

The Program may establish different membership levels based on criteria such as number of stays, nights enjoyed, total booking amount, or member’s seniority.

Access requirements for each level and the corresponding benefits will be published on the official website and may be updated periodically.

7. Program Benefits

Members may enjoy, according to their corresponding level, benefits such as:

• Exclusive discounts on direct bookings;
• Priority access to promotions;
• Exclusive offers for members;
• Welcome amenities;
• Any other benefit communicated by Casa 1800 Hotels to its members.

Some benefits may vary between establishments or depend on availability, season, or specific characteristics of each hotel.

8. Conditions for Using Benefits

Program benefits are personal and non-transferable.

Benefits can only be used by the account holder and may require identification during the booking process or at check-in.

When using promotional codes associated with the Program, only those assigned to the member’s corresponding level will be valid.

If during the booking process or at check-in it is found that the benefit used does not correspond to the member, Casa 1800 Hotels may invalidate the applied discount and charge the current rate at that time.

9. Commercial Communications

The sending of newsletters, promotions, offers, or commercial communications will only be carried out when the member has given the corresponding consent or there is another legal basis that legitimizes it, in accordance with Regulation (EU) 2016/679, Organic Law 3/2018, and Law 34/2002, on Information Society Services and Electronic Commerce.

The member may withdraw this consent at any time without automatically implying their withdrawal from the Program.

10. Data Protection

Personal data provided during registration will be processed in accordance with Casa 1800 Hotels’ Privacy Policy.

The data will be used to:

• Manage Program registration and maintenance;
• Apply corresponding benefits;
• Manage reservations linked to the Program;
• Address queries and requests;
• Send commercial communications when there is legal authorization to do so.

Individuals may exercise their rights recognized by data protection regulations through the channels indicated in the Privacy Policy published on the website.

11. Program Withdrawal

Members may request to withdraw from the Program at any time.

Withdrawal will result in the loss of membership status and associated Program benefits.

Casa 1800 Hotels may cancel an account when there are signs of fraud, abusive use of the Program, non-compliance with these Terms and Conditions, or falsity in the provided data.

12. Modification or Cancellation of the Program

Casa 1800 Hotels may modify, suspend, or completely or partially cancel the Program for technical, operational, commercial, or legal reasons.

Likewise, they may modify membership levels, access requirements, benefits, promotions, or any other Program condition.

When modifications are substantial, they will be communicated to members through the website or through usual communication channels.

13. Limitation of Liability

Casa 1800 Hotels will not be liable for interruptions in the Program due to causes beyond its control, including force majeure, technical incidents, or actions by third parties.

14. Intellectual Property

All trade names, trademarks, logos, contents, and images associated with the Program belong to Casa 1800 Hotels or their respective owners and are protected by applicable legislation on intellectual and industrial property.

15. Applicable Law and Jurisdiction

These Terms and Conditions will be governed by Spanish law.

Any dispute regarding the interpretation or application of the Program will be resolved in accordance with current Spanish regulations, with the competent courts and tribunals being those corresponding according to consumer and user legislation.

16. Acceptance of Conditions

Registration in the Program implies that the member declares to have read, understood, and fully accepted these Terms and Conditions, also committing to provide truthful information and keep it updated while enrolled in the Program.
