The hotel is not responsible for theft, loss, or misplacement of items or money not stored in the safe deposit box.

6. If there is fire outside your door, place damp towels under the door and signal for help from your window.
Smoking Prohibition
In accordance with Law 42/2010 of December 30, smoking is strictly prohibited in all areas of the hotel, both public and private, including all guest rooms. Any violation of this prohibition will be the sole responsibility of the offender and may lead the hotel management to take the necessary legal action before the relevant administrative or judicial authorities, as provided by the aforementioned law. Regardless of the penalties established by current regulations, if a guest smokes inside a room, the hotel reserves the right to charge an additional amount to their account for extra cleaning services, in order to restore the room to its "smoke-free" condition.
