Policy Hotel Casa 1800

  • Regular Season: all stays except those included in Extra Season.
  • Extra Season: stays that go through any of the following nights: from 26/03/2026 to 26/04/2026 (special booking, cancellation and modification conditions).

Regular Season Conditions

Cancellations or changes up to 48 hours before arrival (deadline 14:00, local time), at no cost. All cancelled nights that do not meet the 48-hour deadline will incur a penalty. In case of No show, the full price of the stay will be charged.

Extra Season conditions (26/03/2026 – 26/04/2026)

  • Cancellations free of charge up to 20 days before arrival (deadline 14:00, local time).
  • With less than 20 days, 100% of the stay will be penalized.
  • In case of No show, the full price of the stay will be charged.
  • The TOTAL reservation will be charged 20 days before arrival.

Special conditions for minimum stay promotion (3 nights or more) – regular season

  • Cancellations free of charge up to 10 days before arrival (deadline 14:00, local time).
  • With fewer than 10 days, 100% of the stay will be penalized.
  • In case of No Show, the full price of the stay will be charged.
  • Payment will be made upon confirmation of the reservation.

Special conditions for early booking promotion – regular season

  • Cancellations free of charge up to 5 days before arrival (deadline 14:00, local time).
  • With less than 5 days, 100% of the stay will be penalized.
  • In case of No Show, the full price of the stay will be charged.
  • Payment will be made upon confirmation of the reservation.

Special conditions for early booking and minimum stay promotion (3 nights or more) – extra season (26/03/2026 – 26/04/2026)

  • Prepayment rate. NON-REFUNDABLE.
  • Does not allow changes or cancellations free of charge.
  • The total stay price will be charged to your credit card at the time of booking.

Special conditions for cava bottle promotion

  • Cancellations free of charge up to 4 days before arrival (deadline 14:00, local time).
  • With less than 4 days, 100% of the stay will be penalized.
  • In case of No Show, the full price of the stay will be charged.
  • Payment will be made 4 days before arrival.

Possibility of changing dates on non-refundable bookings:

  • The stay dates of non-refundable bookings can be modified once.
  • You must request the date change at least 5 days before the arrival date (before 14:00h).
  • This change cannot be made for bookings with stay dates from 06/26/2026 – 04/26/2026.
  • The change will be made for the same category and conditions of the original booking. If the new date has a higher price, the customer must pay the difference at the time of requesting the change.
  • The change is always subject to availability and must be requested from the hotel.
